Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase from #Racing.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of purchase if the item is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all tags and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved change-of-mind returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, faulty or not suitable for its intended purpose, it may be returned in line with South African consumer law.

Qualifying defective products may be returned within 6 months from delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Racing & Safety Equipment

For safety reasons, helmets, harnesses, race suits, gloves, shoes and other personal racing equipment cannot be returned under our change-of-mind policy once they have been used or worn.

Items damaged through accidents, impacts, incorrect use, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.

This does not affect your rights where a genuine defect exists.

Special Orders

Special-order, imported, customised or personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products will still be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Installed or Modified Products

Products that have been installed, fitted, drilled, painted, cut or modified cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

Online Orders

Online purchases may qualify for additional cancellation rights under South African law.

Where applicable, return courier costs may be for the customer’s account.

Incorrect Orders

If we supplied the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the correct replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.

Payments made through Payflex or another payment provider will be refunded through that provider.
